Vote Description

This bill requires mobile home park owners to, when trying to sell their mobile home park, offer to sell the property to the park’s tenants at the price being offered for it by other buyers. CPAC opposes measures that inappropriately infringe on one’s capacity to form contracts with whomever they wish and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 31, 2023 by a vote of 26-9 and the bill later became law.
