This bill expands the jurisdiction of the Public Employment Relations Act to include public entities employing 25 employees or more instead of 100. CPAC opposes measures that expand the power of public unions and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 29, 2023 by a vote of 24-1 and the bill later became law.
