This bill adds “asexuality” and “pansexuality” to the definition of sexuality in Delaware law. CPAC opposes the insertion of the Leftist gender movements various fetish identities into public law and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 28, 2024 by a vote of 21-15 and the bill later became law.
