This bill requires universities to provide abortion medication to students. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, opposes the expansion of its practice, believes that universities should not be transformed into abortion providers, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 30, 2024 by a vote of 24-16 and the bill later became law.
