This bill establishes the so-called Affordable Rental Housing Program to increase the supply of affordable housing in Delaware by providing funding and resources for eligible projects. CPAC opposes government programs that expand spending and believes these projects make housing less available in the long run. The Senate passed the bill on June 12, 2025, by a vote of 18-0. The bill was signed into law by the Governor on September 3, 2025.
