This bill upgrades the crime of illegally entering the state of Florida for those who enter the country after being deported a first time or who are associated with transnational criminal organizations. CPAC supports efforts to stop criminals from entering the US and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 6, 2024 by a vote of 83-30 and the bill later became law.
