This bill prohibits the government from issuing new large tax exemptions to data centers. CPAC supports efforts to correct or cut down on misguided policies that favor certain industries over others and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 27, 2024 by a vote of 96-71 and the bill was signed into law.
