This bill introduces new provisions into Georgian law that improve people’s ability to challenge the voting eligibility of potentially fraudulent electors. CPAC supports efforts to protect election integrity and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 28, 2024 by a vote of 101-73 and the bill was signed into law.
