Vote Description
This bill creates a student loan repayment program for certain mental health and substance abuse professionals. CPAC believes that taxpayers should not be forced to help pay off other people’s student loans and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 18, 2024 by a vote of 167-2 and the bill later became law.
