This bill removes the sunset date on a prohibition that prevented the government from discriminating against people based on their vaccination status. CPAC supports efforts to make the decision to get a vaccine as voluntary as possible and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 7, 2023 by a vote of 31-21 and the bill later became law.
