This bill prohibits the governments of nations designated as foreign adversaries by the US from acquiring controlling interests in Georgian land. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to further the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 2, 2023 by a vote of 35-20 but the bill did not progress in the House.
