HB 1104
Protecting Girls’ Sports in Georgia.
2024 - Georgia Senate
Vote Description

The Senate version of this bill makes numerous conservative changes to Georgia’s education laws. For example, the bill allows parents to review the sex education curricula provided to their children by schools and prohibits males from playing on sports teams for females at public schools. CPAC supports these conservative changes to the school system and supported this version of the bill. The Senate passed this version of the bill on March 26, 2024 by a vote of 33-21 but the bill did not progress any further.
