Vote Description
This bill prohibits election officials from using ranked choice voting methods in order to determine the outcome of elections in Georgia. CPAC opposes ranked choice voting and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on January 26, 2024 by a vote of 31-19 but the bill never became law.
