This bill requires state libraries to dissociate themselves from the American Library Association. CPAC recognizes that this group is an extremist Leftist organization, supports efforts to cut ties with it, and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 29, 2024 by a vote of 33-20 but the bill never became law.
