This bill prohibits entities in service to adversarial nations from purchasing Georgia’s agricultural land. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to protect the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 26, 2024 by a vote of 41-11 and the bill was signed into law.
