2023 - Hawaii Senate
Vote Description
This bill bans the use of gas-powered leaf blowers throughout the state of Hawaii. CPAC opposes blanket gas-powered leaf blower bans, does not believe that the government should regulate leaf blowers in this way, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 3, 2023 by a vote of 21-1 but the bill did not pass through the House.
