Vote Description
This resolution insists that the Department of Human Services study the feasibility of providing health insurance coverage to illegal immigrants. CPAC does not believe that the government should work toward this end and opposed this resolution. The Senate passed this resolution on April 5, 2023 by a vote of 24-1.
