Vote Description
This bill prohibits physicians from, in most circumstances, prescribing hormone replacement therapies to minors or performing surgeries on minors that have the effect of castrating them or removing their healthy body parts. CPAC opposes the mutilation of minors and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 8, 2023 by a vote of 58-39 and the bill later became law.
