Vote Description

This bill establishes the Major Economic Growth Attraction Program, the likes of which will provide tax incentives to advanced manufacturing and bioscience-related businesses such that they may feel attracted to invest in the state. CPAC opposes measures that further benefit and enrich multi-billion dollar, government-favored corporations and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 16, 2024 by a vote of 47-0 and the bill was signed into law.
