This bill requires that all public school locker rooms and restrooms be designated as being exclusively for the members of one particular sex. CPAC supports efforts to create a safe and private environment in school locker rooms and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 16, 2023 by a vote of 59-10 and the bill later became law.
