This bill appropriates funds to Idaho's “Commission on Hispanic Affairs.” CPAC does not believe that there should exist bureaucracies within the government that seek to privilege certain government-favored racial groups and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 24, 2023 by a vote of 45-16 and the bill later became law.
