This bill allows adult students to exempt themselves from vaccine requirements at any educational institution operated by the state. CPAC believes that people should choose to receive vaccinations on a voluntary basis and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 4, 2024 by a vote of 55-14 and the bill later became law.
