Vote Description
This bill prohibits abortion providers from distributing abortion-related educational materials to public schools. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, opposes the growth of its practice, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 8, 2024 by a vote of 57-10 and the bill later became law.
