This bill prohibits the state from designating credit unions or banks that discriminate against firearms industry members or certain natural resource industry members as state depositories. CPAC supports efforts to reduce the influence of ESG standards and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 28, 2023 by a vote of 28-7 and the bill later became law.
