This bill prohibits schools from making literature that is harmful to minors available to students. Such material includes those that depict sadomasochistic and sexual conduct. CPAC supports efforts to prevent the indoctrination of minors into the radical Left’s woke beliefs about gender and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 30, 2023 by a vote of 26-9 but the bill was vetoed by the Governor.
