This bill prohibits the state from using public funds to pay for radical gender surgeries. CPAC believes that taxpayers should not be forced to pay for radical gender surgeries and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 22, 2024 by a vote of 26-8 and the bill later became law.
