2024 - Idaho Senate
Vote Description
This resolution amends the law to prohibit noncitizens from voting in elections. CPAC believes that noncitizens should not be permitted to vote and supported this resolution. The Senate passed this resolution on March 25, 2024 by a vote of 28-6.
