This bill prohibits pregnancy centers from advertising that they offer certain pregnancy-related services and from inducing an individual to enter their center. CPAC believes that this measure constitutes an obvious violation of First Amendment freedoms and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on May 10, 2023 by a vote of 72-40 and the bill later became law.
