This bill prohibits individuals with a dual citizenship with the US and Iran, North Korea, China, or Russia, from buying land within ten miles of a military installation. CPAC supports appropriate attempts to protect American interests and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 8, 2024 by a vote of 92-1 and the bill] later became law.
