Vote Description
This resolution proposes a constitutional amendment that would prohibit the state from increasing a real property’s valuation by more than 4% per year except in a few circumstances. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to reduce future increases in the people’s tax burden and supported this resolution. The Senate passed this resolution on April 5, 2023 by a vote of 28-11.
