Vote Description
This bill prohibits state agencies and municipalities from restricting the use or sale of a motor vehicle based on the source of energy that they use. CPAC opposes draconian bans on gas-powered cars and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 21, 2024 by a vote of 29-9 and the bill later became law.
