This bill prohibits Kansas from acquiring drone components or procuring finished goods from foreign countries of concern. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to promote the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The Senate sustained Governor Kelly’s veto of this bill on April 29, 2024 by a vote of 21-16.
