Vote Description
This bill removes the practice of sugaring from the list of practices regulated by the board of cosmetology. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to deregulate and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 22, 2024 by a vote of 38-1 but Governor Kelly vetoed the bill.
