This bill prohibits state entities from enforcing any federal firearms and ammunition bans. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment, supports efforts to quell the federal government’s breaches of the Second Amendment, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 22, 2023 by a vote of 78-19 and the bill later became law.
