Vote Description
This bill requires the General Assembly to approve the removal or installation of monuments in the New State Capitol rotunda. CPAC believes that the legislature should be given control over these decisions and supported this bill. The House overrode the Governor's veto of this bill on April 12, 2024 by a vote of 80-18 and the bill later became law.
