This bill prohibits localities from enacting zoning laws that unfairly target or discriminate against gas stations. CPAC supports all forms of energy, believes that the government should not support one form of energy over another, and supported this bill. The House overrode Governor Beshear's veto of this bill on April 12, 2024 by a vote of 77-20 and the bill later became law.
