Vote Description
This bill prohibits localities from creating regulations that prevent landlords from refusing to lease their property to a person because of their income from a federal housing assistance fund. CPAC supports the preservation of property rights and supported this bill. The Senate overrode Governor Beshear's veto of this bill on March 6, 2024 by a vote of 31-7 and the bill later became law.
