This bill prohibits teachers and administrators from discriminating against students based on their vaccination status. CPAC supports efforts to make the decision to receive a vaccine as voluntary as possible and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 30, 2024 by a vote of 66-36 and the bill later became law.
