Vote Description
This bill gives the State Board of Library Examiners more authority over libraries and the administration of libraries throughout the state. CPAC supports efforts to ensure that libraries are held more accountable to the people and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 29, 2024 by a vote of 67-28 and the bill later became law.
