This bill makes it a crime for a third party to knowingly induce abortions in an unsuspecting woman. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, supports efforts to its practice, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 21, 2024 by a vote of 65-31 and the bill later became law.
