This bill disallows any individual from getting in the way of federal immigration enforcement and establishes legal recourse for doing so. CPAC believes in the use of the federal government for national security, supports efforts to use immigration enforcement and supported this bill. The house passed the bill on June 9 2025, by a vote of 71-30, and the bill later became law.
