This bill declares that the WHO and the UN have no enforcement power or authority within the state of Louisiana. CPAC supports efforts to block international organizations from interfering in critical domestic concerns and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 20, 2024 by a vote of 37-0 and the bill later became law.
