Vote Description
This bill makes it a crime for a third party to knowingly induce abortions in an unsuspecting woman. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, supports efforts to end its practice, and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 23, 2024 by a vote of 29-7 and the bill later became law.
