Vote Description
This bill prohibits payment processors from using firearm/ammunition-specific merchant category codes. CPAC opposes attempts to unjustly surveil legal gun owners and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 28, 2024 by a vote of 27-9 and the bill later became law.
