This bill requires non-citizens to be reported to U.S Customs and Immigration Enforcement if they request public services. CPAC believes in the use of the federal government for national security, supports efforts to use immigration enforcement and supported this bill. The senate passed the bill on June 9, 2025 by a vote of 27-10, and it later became law.
