Vote Description
This bill essentially holds whoever prescribes abortion drugs to be held civilly liable. CPAC believes that abortion is always a human tragedy, supports efforts to restrict its practice and supported this bill. The house passed this bill on June 8, 2025 by a vote of 28-9, and the bill later became law.
