This bill edits several lines in the election code for clarifying purposes and some voter registration changes, in addition to increasing the presence of poll watchers. CPAC supports secure elections and maintaining the integrity of elections and supported this bill. The senate passed the bill on June 10, 2025 by a vote of 38-1, and it later became law.
