This amendment removes a section from HB 3770 that reduced the amount of funds that would be transferred to the Tax Reduction Fund from the Commonwealth Stabilization Fund at the end of a particular fiscal year. CPAC supports efforts to provide appropriate tax relief to American citizens, supports fiscal responsibility, and supported this amendment. The House defeated this amendment on April 13, 2023 by a vote of 25-129.
