H4615
Unaccountable Spending Expansion Act
2025 - Massachusetts House of Representatives
Vote Description

This bill provides supplemental funding for existing appropriations and certain projects and activities of the Commonwealth for fiscal year 2025. Supporters argue it ensures essential programs and services continue uninterrupted and provides targeted funding where needed. CPAC opposes H 4615 because it increases government spending without sufficient oversight, reducing fiscal accountability. The House passed the bill 141-14. The Senate passed it 39-0, but stalled in conference and was never enacted.
