RC 79
Appropriating Government Resources to Transportation Vouchers for Homeless Individuals.
2023 - Massachusetts Senate
Vote Description

This roll call vote attempts to override a veto that the Governor made of an appropriation to Craig’s Doors in order to help the organization provide transportation vouchers to people. CPAC believe that taxpayers should not be forced to help fund other people’s transportation needs and supported the Governor’s veto. The Senate overrode the Governor’s line-item veto of these funds on October 5, 2023 by a vote of 38-0.
